What does "your lowest criterion is your grade" actually mean?
Rasmussen CBE projects are rubric-scored 4, 3, 2, or 1 per criterion, and the project's overall score equals the lowest criterion, not the average. Five rows at a 4 and one row at a 2 is a 2, which converts to a C. A project also needs at least a 2 on every criterion to pass at all.
